ISO27001:2022 requires that there is some form of awareness, education and training, and this document gets you started on this road.

Training
Remember to always keep the audience in mind; This is probably the most important advice we can offer you when thinking about training. Try and use pictures, rather than words, and remember to keep training short (20 mins) so that people will stay engaged.
